减少次数是实话，戒掉真的难，本人撸了十多年，有时候白天做完晚上还想撸一发。撸得多对身体确定有影响，例如注意力不集中，整天觉得疲惫等，控制在一周一~两次，该射还得射，忍多了反而伤身体，还有不要连续撸
