此书以日记形式很真实的记录了一个女人内心的真实独白，虽没有许多夸张的性爱描写，但对一寻常女性既受伦理道德的约束亦被性欲欢爱所迷而不能自拔的矛盾的内心世界和心理转变过程有着细腻而恰如其分的描述。小说语言直白而浅近，但让你真切地感悟和体验人性和生活的现实.
奶大的作品一直是我的最爱，从《杨家洼情事》到《性瘾妇人日记》，都是我硬盘的必留品种，主要是情节合理，引人入梦，闲时看看，上火放枪之必备也
